The hotel offered a cozy and comfortable stay, perfect for a Christmas getaway. the rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the strong and fast wifi was a plus, allowing us to stay connected. the hotel's key location provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

the ongoing renovations in the hotel were quite noisy and disruptive, starting early in the morning.

During my stay at Nh Brussels Stephanie, I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. There was a middle-aged gentleman at the reception who went above and beyond to show me the best tourist spots on a map and recommended great restaurants in the area. He even checked the opening hours of attractions for me and acted as a knowledgeable tour guide. I truly appreciated his assistance and it made my visit to Brussels all the more enjoyable. The location of this hotel was perfect for our city trip. We were close to the Louise metro station and just a short walk from the center, yet tucked away in a quiet corner. This allowed us to easily explore all the main attractions of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and our room was spacious with a lovely balcony that we could open. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located within a short walk or subway ride to the city center and designer shops. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable, complete with a lovely bed and all necessary facilities. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained throughout. Plus, the breakfast was very nice and the staff provided great service.
